Hi, I’m Coco

I’m a Los Angeles based bartender specializing in thoughtful, ingredient-driven cocktails and private events.

Most recently I opened and designed the Seasonal Cocktail Menu for Descanso Garden's Farmhouse Restaurant.

I’ve worked in Farm-to-Table restaurants my entire career and earned the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand award in 2023 and 2024 for my efforts at Santa Barbara's infamous Bettina Pizzeria.

Ensuring your guests' comfort is my top priority. I've received one-on-one mentorship from some of America's top bartenders, including Harrison Ginsburg from New York City's Overstory, a winner of Michter's Art of Hospitality Award.
